Review of Our Stay at Radisson Blu Batam We recently enjoyed a fantastic 4-day, 3-night stay at the Radisson Blu Batam, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. As a couple traveling with our young child, we found the hotel to be an excellent choice for our family vacation. While the location is a bit farther from the city center, we appreciated the ease of getting around with Grab, allowing us to explore at our leisure. The hotel’s position offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle, yet we were still close enough to access local attractions. The breakfast buffet was truly a highlight of our stay. The selection was extensive, featuring a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Each morning felt like a culinary adventure, and we enjoyed starting our day with such a satisfying meal. What truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Each team member was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met at all times. A special mention goes to Tika from the kids' club, who went above and beyond to entertain our son. Her warmth and enthusiasm made our little one’s experience unforgettable, and we are deeply grateful for her efforts. The therapist at the spa, Reny did a very great job too. The hotel itself boasted a huge swimming pool, perfect for relaxation and fun for our family. We also indulged in the massage services, which were superb and incredibly rejuvenating. It was just what we needed to unwind after a day of exploring. Moreover, we appreciated the thoughtful communication from the hotel prior to our arrival. As this was our first trip to Batam, the information provided helped us plan our time effectively and enjoyably. In summary, our stay at Radisson Blu Batam was a delightful experience filled with excellent food, attentive service, and wonderful amenities.

Very family friendly staff and amenties wise. A very complete hotel with outdoor pool w kids pool & an adult indoor pool. Breakfast spread is so good u are spoilt for choice! Kids playroom both indoor & outdoor ones are kept clean and cosy. Theres even a small play area in the lounge if u have to wait for ur room, ur children can be kept occupied. Very clean rooms and facilities 🫶🏼

Good selection for buffet breakfast, a la carte menu for lunch and dinner was well balanced with a nice variety to choose from. The rooms were nice and well maintained, overall ambience was welcoming and pleasant

Very nice room with a beautiful view over the hills and golf course. I really liked the balcony for that outdoor feeling. The staff (every one I encountered) was super friendly and made me feel welcome as a guest. Huge outdoor pool, and an even more beautiful semi outdoor “rooftop” infinity pool at the 10th floor. With a nice terrace for relaxing by the pool. I always tend to eat out when travelling but the in house restaurant was very good (but obviously more expensive than dining out). Batam is not the most beautiful island, but the hotel was in a very nice and clean “high end” area. Can happily recommend this hotel!

Very clean, very nice polite and friendly staff. From door people, taxi drivers, reception stars, cleaners, bar and food personnel. Special mention to Tika who looked after us on bbq night, bringing and explaining the local delicacies to us. Obviously you can get up and help yourself to whatever you like but we liked that she included us to help us try the locals food. Breakfast such a wide range to choose from to suit many nationalities /
